Kindly check out if you are ELIGIBLE for any refund/exchange:

– Product must be unopened and in its original condition.

– The refund/exchange must be initiated within 2 days upon receiving your order (for self-collection, must be within the collection day).

– A refund/exchange is not applicable if incorrect/incomplete address is provided to us.

– For redelivery of uncollected parcel, relevant delivery charges will be applied.

– A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refund.

– A $5 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

– Valid/Proper verification must be provided for the refund/exchange. No personal opinion will be accecpted.

– Tester/Non-sealed product is non-refundable/non-exchangeable, due to the nature of our product and to protect every customer’s best interest.
