Kindly check out if you are ELIGIBLE for any refund / exchange:

– Product must be unopened and in its original condition.

– Refund must be initiated within 2 days upon receiving your order (not applicable for self-collection).

– Refund / exchange is not applicable if incorrect/incomplete address is provided to us.

– For redelivery of uncollected parcel, relevant delivery charges will be applied.

– For free delivery order, a $5 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

– If payment was made via PayPal or Credit Card, a $2 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

– Tester/Non-sealed product is non-refundable/non-exchangeable, due to the nature of our product and to protect every customer’s best interest.
