Normal Mail is a low cost and convenient way of direct delivery to your mailbox without need of signature – best used by busy customers for low priced items not needed urgently. However, delivery time is unreliable, does NOT have any tracking and may take very long to reach you. While most customers receive their packages within 3-5 working days, there are a small number of customers receiving it up to 2-3 weeks.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as wrong address will result in lost mail and is not refundable. Do ensure you have a mailbox (postman will not call to meet you) for item to be delivered. We will notify you in the event item is return back to us due to unsuccessful delivery. All undelivered mail will route back to us in 30 days.

FragranceCart.com will not be liable for any lost/damage mail, we strongly encourage all buyers to use Registered mail as packages are delivered fast and tracking is available.

We send the ordered items by Normal Mail and Registered Mail through various courier services. If you are using registered mail, we will notify you the tracking number once the mail is sent. You can track your mail upon receiving the tracking number. For more information, please feel free to contact us.

Chances are very low as the perfume will be wrapped properly with bubble wrap to prevent any breakage. The package is proven to withstand shock to a certain extend.
