FragranceCart is an online e-commerce retailer of authentic perfumes based in Singapore, and has been in business for more than 8 years.

We cater to our local clientele, offering a wide variety of perfume brands at reasonable prices.

We at FragranceCart only deal in authentic and original perfumes. We strongly believe in pursuing long-lasting business relationship with our customers and would not risk this goal by selling any imitations/counterfeits of any sort.

Basically testers are offered with no frills (caps, fancy boxes or decorations), and are meant for customers to sample the scent. Therefore, its value is different from the retail version.

Perfume manufacturers will most likely use the same formulation as they wish to allow potential customers to sample the same perfume as if they are buying the retail version i.e. 100% authentic and original.

Testers are not sold in stores, but there are fans who wish to have them so we bring testers in and charge a price to make it accessible for customers.

IMPORTANT: We will only fulfil orders which can be shipped/delivered locally in Singapore. We do not ship overseas.

Typically, after the buyer has confirmed order and made payment, our team will proceed to verify the order and check on the stock availability. If stock is unavailable, our team will reach out to the buyer for alternative(s) or refund.

Otherwise, the order will be packed and shipped according to the delivery mode selected.

During non peak periods, order fulfilment will usually take the following lead time (based on Normal Delivery):
a) Processing / Packing: 1-2 days
b) Delivery: 1-3 days

During peak periods, the lead time may take twice as long as that of the above.

As we sell our perfumes directly from the supplier in their original packaging, we are unable to offer samples or testers at our office.

To experience the wide range of fragrances available, we recommend visiting Sephora or any departmental store, such as the nearest outlets located at Causeway Point, Woodlands. Once you’ve found your ideal scent, feel free to visit us for a seamless purchase.

FRAGRANCECART.COM is committed to the security and privacy of our customers’ personal data. We will endeavour to take all possible and reasonable measures in order to safeguard such data from any unauthorised use or transfer throughout the order fulfilment processes.

Pursuant to the above, we may disclose customer data to the following parties for the

  1. our employees, who process your order.
  2. our payment partners/gateways/merchants, who process your payment.
  3. our third party logistics providers, such as courier services which will deliver your order to you.

Kindly take note of the following for refund / exchange:

– Product must be unopened and in its original condition when it was delivered to you.

– Refund must be initiated within 5 days after you received your order.

– Refunds / exchange are not applicable if the address input was incorrect, incomplete or uncollected, a redelivery charge will be applied to the correct shipping address.

– If delivery was free when you made the order, a $3.90 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

– If payment was made by PayPal or Credit Card, 5% merchant fee will be deducted from the refund.

– Returns are not valid for testers and any products if it does not come with a sealed packaging in its original packaging, due to the nature of these products.
