Testers are original and authentic fragrances with the same quality and from the same manufacturers as those specially packaged ones. Testers often come in a plain white/brown/without box and can be with/without a cap. Our testers are all brand new!

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once again, thank you for shopping with us. After you have placed the order and payment done, our team will proceed to verify the order, check on the stock(s) availability and process the order accordingly. Should there be any out of stock item, we will check with you directly with alternative(s) or refund.

Do you have a physical shop?

We are currently 100% online based with self-collection option available.

Can I try out the scent during self-collection?

Sorry, we do not provide any testing service at the moment.

Return Policy

Kindly take note of the following for refund / exchange:

– Product must be unopened and in its original condition when it was delivered to you.

– Refund must be initiated within 5 days after you received your order.

– Refunds / exchange are not applicable if the address input was incorrect, incomplete or uncollected, a redelivery charge will be applied to the correct shipping address.

– If delivery was free when you made the order, a $3.90 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

– If payment was made by PayPal or Credit Card, 5% merchant fee will be deducted from the refund.

– Returns are not valid for testers and any products if it does not come with a sealed packaging in its original packaging, due to the nature of these products.
